The Practice Development Consultants that previously functioned as our front line practice support team have been re-deployed into two new teams: Customer Operations and Practice Transformation.
To help manage your day-to-day operational inquiries, you will now be directed to our Customer Operations department, managed by former Practice Development Consultant Anavia Mitchell. This department will handle inquiries such as, but not limited to: credentialing, plan enrollment, and health plan initiative questions.
To assist your practice with performance improvement opportunities, PCMH implementation and advancements in practice efficiency, you will be directed to our new Practice Transformation team, led by Lori Schultz, UP’s former senior clinical improvement manager.
